I've passed by this a few times, thinking it looked like an awesome dupe for MAC's Young Punk mineralize shadow, but always second guessed myself and thought it couldn't be any good if its being sold at Wal Mart. I haven't done a true swatch yet, but from first appearances I think this is going to need a good base and be built up a LOT. Will probably do a look and post swatches tomorrow.
