Coat Decision 2010

When I first saw this coat I fell in love with it and could picture myself spending the freezing winter looking fabulous and stylish while wearing it. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when my coat arrived in the mail. I really wanted to love it in person as much as I did online. Sadly, I just don't. I keep trying it on with different outfits to see if it make a difference and it doesn't.

For one thing, the coat is only 10% wool and 90% polyester which doesn't do enough to keep me warm in the sub zero temperatures where I live (I feel like such a dummy for not checking the fabric content before ordering). The neck is also bigger than I anticipated and requires a scarf the size of a small blanket to fill in the area to keep my chest semi warm. I also don't like how much the split on the sleeves flares outward and the hem seems a little wonky. But then I look at the pictures and fall in love with it all over again and think I'm just being too picky, lol.

I've printed the return shipping label, but just can't bring myself to send it back yet. I feel like for the price I should be completely satisfied with it.What should I do?
